mutsugoto - valise 01 (2009)

Distance Lab and New Media Scotland looked for couples in long distance relationships where one partner lived in the vicinity of Edinburgh and the other at least 250km away.
During the Edinburgh Art Festival, the chosen couples were given an opportunity to privately experience Mutsugoto in Edinburgh and London.
We sent a small package to each of them in the post, which included a booklet introducing Mutsugoto, a small camera and some special stationary for writing. We asked them to capture some thoughts and photos in the morning before they experienced Mutsugoto, and again afterwards.
